I love it, best card i've ever used
os:
Windows VistaI do not exaggerate when I say this is the best card I have used to date; without any tweaking or over clocking it can run games like Oblivion, Bioshock, Doom 3 and the Half Life 2 Series all on high with HDR lighting, 2 x Anti-Aliasing (yes, you can do both at the same time with ATI cards!), water effects and trilinear/anisotropic filtering all at 1280x1024 with practically no lag. It is also exceptionally quiet. I am now going to use the included ATI Overdrive utility to see if I can squeeze a little extra juice from it.
This is a PCI Express 2.0 card, but will run on older boards, but you may not be getting the full bang out of it (my board runs at full PCI 2.0 16x speed, whilst my friends only runs at PCI 1.0 8x speed, and we have noticed differences over time in speed).
I have been using Sapphire cards for years, and have never been let down once, and this is by far the best price for a HD3650 (i've seen ASUS ones go for 100+ pounds, and they only have GDDR2, while this one has GDDR3!), so don't wait until they are all gone, grab one now!
Excellent!

Windows VistaI love this Card. It is the best in the 50-100 price range in my opinion.
The card is superbly packaged and comes with adapters for HDMI and VGA.
It copes with all my games and gives a good performance. Got a Vista Score of 5.5 for gaming graphics on my system.
Great Value and small size
I just wanted to add my 2p as I just got this card to replce a 6800GT that I have owned for a couple of years. The primary driver for this was the overall size of the card as I wanted to move my PC to a Media Box Environment (Silverstone LC16M).
It is silent, drives 2 x Sony 40" tv's (1 HDMI and 1 VGA) happily all daye, plays .MKV and HD files effortlessly and is just a really great buy. Also comes with both DVI-HDMI & DVI-VGA adaptors!!
Is only 17cm long as well for all those MEDIA Box Makers out there looking for a GFX Card.

Great value card .

Windows XPBought this card to stick in my HTPC and if your considering it for that purpose i would totally recommend this as it's silent after boot and can handle HD video with ease . It even comes with a DVI to HDMI connector and there's a DVI to VGA connector but no crossfire bridge . If your are a serious gamer you'll be looking to crossfire something about more powerful that this item . ATI suggests using a 300 Watt power supply or greater . This card doesn't actually need any extra power cables to power it , just incase anybody was wondering . This was important to me as i say as it was going into my HTPC . Tried a couple of games Portal/Call of Duty and both ran flawlessly . You can run games with this card and for it's price range i would say that thats an added bonus but don't be expecting to run everything on High . All things considered this is actually a great bit of kit for the cash .

For Info
Just thought I'd let people know that this card comes with a VGA adaptor and a HDMI adaptor in the box, as I hoped it would. Haven't fitted it yet so can't give a review, but the packaging is excellent. This card will not get damaged in transit, unless the transit runs over it.
