Very good
os:
Windows VistaWhile not as good as the 3800 series this is a very good DirectX10.1 graphics card that scores 5.2 in gaming graphics on vista.
Excellent card
os:
Windows XPI've found this to be an excellent graphics card, I've bought it as a temporary solution while I wait out on the Radeon HD 4000 series.
Crysis runs on high (with Anti Aliasing turned off) every other game I've tried also run on the highest settings. A must buy if you don't have the cash for a high end card.
AMAZING
os:
Windows XPIv just installed the card, brillant, i can finaly run crysis ,
Runs on MED/HIGH and COD 4 on HIGH AND AA on 4X, brillant card for all round plus game buy now!!
Excellent
os:
Windows VistaThis is an excellent cardc for the money, the PCB is blue and not too big. The fan is silent and turns off when in idle. Scores 5.2 on gaming graphics and 5.7 on areo graphics.
Prompt delivery - ordered friday arrived at 08:20 on saturday morning.
Excellent, well done Ebuyer!!!
Great card, but there is a bug
os:
Windows XPI love this card - graphics performance in games is fine - COD4 can be run close to maxed out.
However, there is a beautifully confusing bug that somehow results from having this card, which has taken me ages to fix. After installing this card, bold blue text will appear red. In websites, in Word, in email - everywhere there is bold blue text, it will be red.
Finally tracked down a solution:
Right click your Desktop, go to Display Properties, go to the Appearance Tab, click on "Effects", check "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts" and select ClearType from the dropdown menu.
After doing this, all your text will be the correct colour again, and it's five stars, especially at Ebuyer prices.
Great Card BUY NOW!
os:
Windows XPI wanted a card that would run crysis and cod4, wic and some other games. This runs all new games on high, crysis on high with aa turned off. i didnt think you could get a card this good and you are probly thinking the same thing, it is A+++
Not meant to be
this card is in no way suppose to be like a 3800 series, this card is a low to mid range graphics card, not designed to be a gaming platform, u cannot put this card in the same group as a 3800 series.
Good card for the money
os:
Windows XPI got this card recently to replace my old one (X800GT DDR3 265MB) which started making funny noises. I chose this one because of low power needs (minimum 300W PSU) and friendly price. My 3D Mark 06 score went up from 1242 points to 3295. The demo for Bioshock runs smoothly on 1024x768 with all settings on high. But Assassins Creed runs on the edge of playability (1024x768 with everything on minimum settings), it doesnt show the exact frame rate but looks like something between 15-20 FPS. I noticed much stable FPS in all other games I play and more beautiful glow effects even on lowest settings. ATI Overdrive safely clocks this card at 780MHz GPU/ 515MHz memory.
bugy drivers
os:
Windows XPthe drivers are very buggy weather u download them from ATI or Sapphire,
they cannot fix texture or shader effects,
the textures and shader effect splits the image which sm-airs and blocks the screen,
ok
os:
Windows XPi seem to be the only one who`s havin probs with playing games so i am thinkin its my mainboard B-cos it only supports PCI-E (1) times 4 so this card apperently works best at PCI-E (2) times 16 so be aware
