Fulfills Expectations!

Just to point out to begin with, i wasn't expecting much from this frame as i didn't intend on spending much money anyway.

However, i got it out of the box and was thoroughly impressed! I ordered mine with a 1GB Kensington memory stick (which slots into the side of my laptop, so it was easy to transfer photo's onto it), which i would recommend.

The frame gives options of 5s, 10s or 15s intervals at which to view photographs. it also gives different screen modes so you can pick which one suits you. It also lets you toggle between landscape and portrait images, though i haven't tried that feature yet, as all my pictures are landscape.

Minor:

- Please not that the memory stick doesn't fit perfectly into the machine - It slots in fine, but does not click into place as you would expect it to with a camera, but it fits and works, so all is good there.

- Also note that when the machine is restarted, all settings are lost such as interval time, but they can be easily reconfigured very quickly.

- They recommend that the frame should not be left on for longer than 8 hours - the instruction manual is fairly unclear (poorly translated i guess), so i do not know why this is the case.

- Finally, mine did not come with a remote, but others have talked of theirs doing so on a different review of the white version.

Image clarity is also impressive, others have stated problems on skin tone etc, but i found (with 5mp resolution) that pictures come out fine on the right screen setting (recommend the pan zoom).

Also, rename your pictures to be less than 8 characters as mentioned in a review on a similar frame, in case there are any problems reading windows does this for you if you select all of the pictures necessary and change the name of one to 'pic', for example).

overall, i would say that this is a very good frame considering the price in comparison to others. You will get on fine with it, providing you aren't extremely picky about the minor issues.

I received this today and I must say for the money its very good the picture quality is crisp and clear. This has to be the easiest one I have seen to setup.

I transferred my pictures to a 2 gig sd card and put it in and turned it on and away it went fantastic. I bought this due to my cat having to be put down and now I can see him every day and I have loads off pictures off him which rotate and you can set the time in which the next picture starts or even better pause it on one.
