Awesome bit of kit
Bought 12/6/08 ,delivered at 10.23am ebuyers excellent service as always,anyway had to go to get some kittens 110 miles away from home(the wifes idea),always used maps b4 and always got lost in the big cities,so at 1.00pm typed in the address on tomtom to where i was going and set off,cut a long story short it took me the shortest route,(id have never went that way using a map)directions are both visual and voice prompt,very very impressed,not only did i get there quick with no hassle ,me and the wife for the very 1st time never had a major row,i will tell you worth every penny,case is a bonus,thanks ebuyer as they say,ill be back real soon.
Itinerary Planning

Windows 2000Nice little unit but please note, if you use Itinerary Planning as I do, this feature is not supported by TomTom One V3. If you stick with the delivered software version (7), there is a work around to restore it at the expense of some other items. If you let TomTom home upgrade the software to version 8, Itinerary planning is not possible. 5 stars other than TomTom's dodgy business plan.

Windows Vistaexcellent piece of kit. good price, fast service, hooked it up to my computer and downloaded loads of stuff hassle free. Tip if you want to free up some spare memory go into the voices menu via the pc and delete the different languages you dont need. frees up about 40mb.

Good SatNav unit but...
This is a good SatNav unit which works very well most of the time. Just be aware that if you ever do get problems that TomTom Customer Support is non-existent. I can't even get the latest map download from them,as they promise with their "Latest Map Guarantee". To sum up,good product let down by a terrible Customer Support Dept. My five star rating is for the unit itself.
