Nightmare

Spec: Vista 64 Business edition.

As above really. What a nightmare. The main problem was that I was also running a pci wifi card which badly interfeared with the T220 card in terms of RF signals, not DMA, IRQ's, etc...

Granted it could have been the pci wifi card that had insufficient sheilding. Who know's? For testing's sake, I did remove the wifi card to see if things improved. They did in terms of signal quality but I found that after a reboot all the channels had dissapeared and another rescan picked nothing up. Only way I could pick up channels again was to move the card to another pci slot. Then the same thing happened after reboot. Disabling the wifi card in device manager also has the same effect as removing the card. It cuts all the power to it.

I know for a fact that the signal was good on the cable I was using as I could plug my freeview box into it and the signal would be at around 97% and would pick up all loads of channels.

Hopefully these issues are unique to my PC and other peeps will have more success.

bought one of these a few months ago, worked great for about a month then decided it would no longer pick up any signal, tried it in a couple of machines, still nothing despite the cable having an excellent signal strength having tested it on numerous other devices. So i returned the product to ebuyer and recieved a replacement which is having a similar problem, it can pick up the bbc channels but thats it so i'll be returning it. There are no other devices near the card and i don't have a wireless card, so the only signal interference there could possibly be would be from my generic hardware, which is absurd because why would a pci card be unable to work in a pc, renders it useless.

All in all a terrible product thus far.
