Xvision XIP3101 X-CAM Wireless IP CCTV Camera IR with 3G Mobile Phone Support PC and MAC Remote and Local Access with 2 Way Audio
The Xvision ‘X-CAM’ adds instant remote and local CCTV surveillance to your PC or Mac Network at your home or office, it also features 2 way audio for listening to audio from the area being monitored and for talking back via an additional speaker (not supplied) that can be plugged in to the back of the IP camera.
The ‘X-CAM’ also feature built in Infra Red LEDs for night vision in complete darkness up to 5 metres.
The camera simply plugs in to a spare Network port on your network or to a Wireless 802.11G compatible wireless network. It can then be accessed from the web browser on any compatible PC/Mac or by a 3GPP compatible mobile phone (such as the Nokia N95). The camera features 3 streams for extra flexibility and optimum bandwidth usage, JPEG, MPEG4 & RTSP.
When viewed via a Mac or 3G Mobile Phone the camera can be viewed live and configured (MAC only), using a PC adds the ability to record the camera and use advanced functions such as motion detection.
The Auto Alert feature acts as a Security Guard instantly emailing you images of any movement detection in the cameras view, for viewing/recording multiple cameras free 16 camera software is provided.
The camera also features a USB socket for local event recording, simply connect a USB Memory Stick and the camera will record motion activated events straight to it, these can then be played back by connecting the USB stick to a compatible Windows PC.
