dx2450mt
os:
Windows XPThis is a good solid system; as you would expect from Hewlett Packard. There is plenty of room for expansion of memory and graphics, as well as addittional PCI slots of varying types. While not as quiet as previous HP dx models you will only notice it if you happen to have an older unit sitting next to it, the difference is minimal.

One small but usefull feature is the powerbutton is located on the top of the case. As most of these units will reside on the floor it means a lot less reaching down and is easier to find.
So what OS does it come preloaded with
Is it XP or Vista?
XP or Vista
The system I purchased came preinstalled with Windows XP Professional. Supplied were disks to upgrade the system to Windows Vista, needless to say I am sticking with XP
