massive but small

this thing is pretty neat. holds my entire music and movie library which has taken me years to gather yet it is smaller than my wallet. Mad! Seems pretty durable too and does not show up finger prints and scrathes like some of the metal drives I have seen. Very impressive!

This is small! Was waiting for a knock on the door with a parcel, instead it was delivered through the letter box!!

review by: Kevin O\'Neill os: Windows XP

Bijou bit of kit, plugged it in and i was away and thats just what i wanted,no messing! Now i can take tons of music and stuff on holiday without taking half of NASA with me. Must say,the usb is too short for use on your lap.Ten out of ten to Ebuyer,21 hours from click to doorbell, mint!

Comments on rubber sleeve
review by: Anonymous os: Not Applicable

A nifty bit of kit, ideal for music or pictures, but to look at the rubber sleeve into which the hard drive is encased, appears ok at the moment, but with time i feel this sleeve will become damaged exposing the hard drive.

USB cable too short
review by: Anonymous os: Not Applicable

I found that the supplied usb cable to be too short, so had to purchase another at suitable length.

The case is rubber., not Aluminium
review by: Anonymous os: Not Applicable

"The Freecom Mobile Drive has a stylish design and is made from lightweight aluminum."

The product description must be from their other metal portable drive.

The product itself looks good, but the drive must get hot
