Excellent Recomended

Windows VistaI bought this when it cost twice the price it is now, but still think its great, you get a padded leather case with a place to put the usb cable aswel, the dock is very good quality and sturdy with some weight, so it isnt going to topple with a drive in. I have the docking station on my desktop, it has a very small footprint, the cable is about a metre long and has two usb plugs. The drive in the case fits nicely into a top pocket and isnt bulky, i recomend this little pack, some may think its expensive but you will not be dissapointed

re that review, if you bother to read the description or look on the Seagate website you will no doubt find out that this is in fact a docking station for a Seagate FreeAgent Go and a Leather case. Come on dude you can shop online but you cant read.....shame on you

I thought it came with a case to put a bare hard drive in.
3 stars because its useful for use with the segate Go external drive, but a bit expensive.
IDE or SATA?
You know what would be really useful here...to know whether or not this is for IDE or SATA hard drives...?
Come on Ebuyer - a few extra characters in the specs please, it'll take you under a minute!
