Silent, good speed and most importantly, cost-effective.

A recommended purchase as a secondary drive in a modern system.

Amazing Hard drive.

operating system: Windows 7

I Bought 4 of these little puppy's to go on a RAID 0+1 stripe + mirroring no issues at all and they are super silent highly recommend.

These HDD's get my vote and they have the new firmware so no issues known as of yet,

amazing price. Funny how windows 7 slipped in to my basket as well :P

Well worth the money.

Fantastic in a RAID1 Array
review by: JC operating system: Windows XP

I currently use 4 of these HDDs - 2 x HDDs/RAID1 array, each array in a DELL Precision 670.

Absolutely flawless performance.

By contrast, 2 x Hitachi (ex IBM?) 250GB HDDs, when used on the same machines in a RAID1 Array, regularly caused the array to become DEGRADED. Neither HDD failed DFT.
