Awesome Case for Kick Ass Money
operating system:
Windows VistaEbuyer has done me proud with a quick delivery as usual.
I currently own an Antec P182 case, but bought this for a custom build for a mate of mine & I'm thinking of replacing because of its build quality, style, elegance, ease of carrying & getting in to. I just have to say "I'm Lovin' It".
It has 4x USB ports on the front, 1x E-Sata port, Power Switch & also a gimmicky switch to turn the fan LED lights on & off. I took these fans out to replace them with proper adjustable fans with RPM sensors to connect up to a Zalman ZM-MFC2 fan controller. Please note that you only need to get 1x 140mm & 1x 120mm fan with an RPM sensor if you want to replace those LED fans & hook up to a fan controller. 1x 140mm fan already comes with an RPM sensor.
You'll have no problems with installing a 4870x2 graphics card in as there is plenty of room.
It comes with instructions & a box of accessories for whats required inside the case.
I found it very easy to connect the wires up to an Asus Maximus Formula Special Edition Motherboard.
I love the 5.25" slots where it interlocks the DVD drives, no screws required. Brilliant design.
I really do like this case & Antec do have some beating when it comes to build quality.
I can't praise enough how good this case is, especially for the value. Highly Recommended to all gaming enthusiasts.

Great Case
operating system:
Windows XPGreat case, replaced this one with my old Lian Li V1200 due to not being able to seat my True 120E properly. With the Scout, I was able to and that's a huge plus for me. Being light weight and able to carry around easily is another huge plus. I like how they have an open space for swapping out your Heatsink. I should of tested it out to see how easy it is but my HS was already on my mobo, so I didn't test it out. The price is half what I paid for my Lian Li back in the days.
I would recommend this case anyone that is looking for a great light weight case they can lug around if necessary.
tooless
operating system:
Windows XPi wanted to know if the hard drive cage was tooless
Almost Perfection
operating system:
Windows XPSolid Case, nice matte black paint job (inside and out), Ample Front Panel Connectors. Included fans are a bonus and low noise to boot. Plenty of room to mount ATX motherboard. Case is reasonable weight. Case notches for zip ties excellent feature for wire management. Heatsink swap will not require motherboard removal, mobo tray is open easy access. Overall another Good Cooler Master Chassis.
System Spec:
AMD Phenom II X3 720 BE
Gigabyte MA790GP-UD4H
2x1gb Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 CL4 (for now...need new RAM!)
HIS Radeon IceQ "Turbo" HD 4670 (temporary)
WD6400AAKS x2 RAID 0
WD1001FALS
WD5000AAKS
Samsung 22x SATA DVD-RW w/lightscribe
Xigmatek HDT-S1283
Corsair VX550w/HX620 have been tested in this case. HX550w = broken.
Nicest Case I Have Ever Owned
operating system:
Windows XPAll I can say is wow, very nice case! Power supply sits at the bottom of the case. Very nice black interior and exterior. Very sturdy carrying case. The 3 case fans are very quiet but efficient. Cable management is very effective, The inside of my case looks very clean and neat because of this. Easy mounting system. I really like the look of the black mesh in front of the case. The front mounted connections are really easy to hook up. Heck, it even comes with a cardboard cutout to show where the standard motherboard standoffs are supposed to go. Easily accomodates a large cpu cooler. I'm using the Zalman CNPS 9900 with room to spare. I also like the storm guard concept and that the case will except a small lock to keep unwanted hands out.
Amazing Case
operating system:
Windows XPThis is a great looking case as well as being very functional. I had an older case that just wasn't doing well on the cooling front even though I had 3 fans plust the power supply fan. My temps went down 17C or about 51 degrees F. I looked at cases for quite a while until I found this new case from Cooler Master. The Input panel is placed nicely at the top and very accessible. The three fans are very quiet and worked so well, I turned down the Zalman 950 to the lowest fan setting and the CPU is running at 37c. The hard drive mounting system is super and it also has a nice fixture for a floppy drive if you are using one. All of the input air areas have filters to help keep out the dust. The red L.E.D. fans are not too bright so the case doesn't look like neon sign. The sides are held on by two thumb screws that make it easy to take on and off. Overall, this is a great case.
better than I thought!
operating system:
Windows XPvery nice, very roomy. plenty of room in the harddrive cages. i love the fan button that turns the fan led's on/off... i'm sure i can wire the other fans into it so they ALL turn off. there's plenty of room for fans, fans, fans. i have 5 in here right now and i think that's the max, but 5 fans should be plenty. I took the filter off the front bezel in front of the intake fan which makes it look even better :D
The handles on the top make it really easy to lug around and since i take it here and there and just move it in general, the steel/metal handles are really convenient.
...And the handles really are steel/metal, i took it apart to check!
Great Case
operating system:
Windows XPThis is a astonishing case, I love the cable management in this case and the security system to secure my gaming accessories. The handle is is extreamly strong and makes it easier for me to transport it to LAN parties. Well done Cooler Master!
