Top quality webcam, decent price

Windows VistaI have been looking around for a mid-priced webcam for quite a while now for use with Skype and perhaps some video blogging. Essentially, I wanted something that would "just work" for whatever I decided to do with it. After a lot of trawling through forums and reviews I was finally convinced to go for this Lifecam Cinema by demonstrations on YouTube (particularly a side-by-side comparison of this to a significantly more expensive Logitech cam). I haven't used webcams much before, but I am definitely impressed by this one, particularly the autofocus which seems to work pretty well. You can get much cheaper webcams, but if you are like me and want a bit more reassurance on quality (without breaking the bank) then I am happy to recommend this camera to you. eBuyer delivery was on time and as promised too so very happy.

Windows 7Not cheap but works well - noticeably better than some other cheaper webcams I've used. It does take a lot a system resources to run the highest resolution - usually between 50-70% CPU usage.
