Cheap and cheerful

Having read the other reviews I thought I'd take a punt and buy some of this RAM.
It's only for a little linux server at home so I wasn't really bothered about quality. At about 11 quid it is certainly cheap, and so far (about 2 weeks) the server hasn't crashed once, so either I got lucky or ebuyer have changed the supplier of the RAM.

If you've got the money, or if the system you are
going to use this in needs to be really stable then buy branded RAM. If you're not really bothered then take a chance on this stuff.

Personally, I can't fault it. Your milage may
vary.

Work perfectly with a PIII 800Mhz HP Vectra!

I bought some of these to see if I was lucky.
Turned out I was! No problems at all. Unfortunately I then tried the 256 M version (20094) which failed miserably. The moral of the story - when you're ahead, quit!

Despite the negative comments, I took the plunge as more recent comments more positive. Plugged, configured in BIOS, and it worked. Very pleased, makes my 400Mhz win98 perform much better.
