Bought 2 pieces & plugged them into my old Gigabyte GA7IXE4 board (running a 1GHz Athlon) and it works a treat.

Recognised it on 1st boot, no problems.

Quite new to system building, found out very quickly that it will probably never be an exact science. I bought one of these chips to work in a PC Chips MR810 mobo and it booted up and recognised 256MB straight away and is working flawlessly. Found to be excellent value for money in my limited experience.

I don't know why so much of this RAM fails, I have never had a problem with it. Bought some of this RAM to go with a Duron 750 running at 100mhz fsb. This ram is fine, as long as you follow the correct proceedures in installing it. I also have Ebuyer DDR RAM in my 2.2XP and have never had a problem with any of it failing (or showing the wrong amount.) Just make sure your mobo can take 256 dimms in one bank. Nice one Ebuyer!

Bought two for my mother in laws old steam powered Celeron HP Pavilion 7915. A 1 minute job to fit - now the PC runs way faster than with the old 128MB of RAM. At this price its great stuff, but only for the older PCs as it seems the newer ones are very picky on which RAM modules they like to use.
One complaint though - the price per module is now 6p less than what I paid. Ha, ha!

This is fantastic for the price you are paying. My computer virtually has a new lease of life as i have upgraded my RAM. Read many reviews saying there were problems. I have had none. Works fine. Great Value.

I have used a stick of this in a PC Chips M810LMR V7.0 with the on board graphics in use and it worked a treat - I have even un Microsoft's memory testing program and it scored perfect. I can't comment on the life expectancy though, but at this price it s practically disposable.

I installed this memory on a MS 6309 motherboard, with P3 800mhz and Windows 98. It was detected just fine. The computer already had 128 MB of Kingston extra value RAM installed and there have not been any problems.

Very good value for money.

Mobo Bios upgrade needed
review by: Andy Bradbrook os: Windows XP

Initially bios only reported 128Mb.
Upgraded bios and now I have the full 256Mb.
After that, no problems.
Good value for money
