Not ApplicableThis is the same UPS as Dell sell with their PowerEdge Server range. Works like a charm. Dell charge 300 +VAT. Enough said!

I've seen people wonder why their UPS will have 100% charge then after just a minute or so on battery power, it will drop to 60% charge ish. This is normal. All of a sudden the unloaded battery takes the full force of your PC or equipments demands!! So although the battery may read 60%/70% within a minute or two, you'll find it 'settles down' and the percentage will decrease evenly and slowly from then on depending on the loading you have on your UPS.
