crucial in name?

bought this as an upgrade package (makes postage cheaper), new memory chip (upgraded from 128), new video and sound card. I fitted the memory chip first and was amazed at the transformation. Now mega fast (for me anyway). After fitting the video and sound card it was like buying a new computer again - but this time it only cost £120 all in. As the name suggests, it is crucial in my opinion to buy the best you can afford. Had read a few horror stories about cheap memory chips so decided to go with MY OEM manufacturer (if your memory chip says `micron` then it`s made by crucial)

I've got a G4 500 with a 100mhz mobo and this stick works 100%. Don't pay extra for so called Apple coded Ram! Mmm, 1.5 gig of Ram :p

Crucial PC133 512MB SDRAM 168pin DIMM

Worked 1st time. Simple to install. PC recognised it straightaway. Very pleased. Am going to buy another one to bring my 3 year old Mesh PC up to 1GB. (Couldn't play my flight game IL2 Sturnivk before. It kept crashing with the origional 128RAM although MS Flight Sim worked OK. Now it works a whole lot better with more memory. Should be perfect after the next purchase). Read the reviews like everybody else and decided to go for the real thing. 10/10. Worth every penny.

Bought this chip and popped it in to supplement a 256MB DIMM. I swapped positions with the 256MB DIMM as I read somewhere that the biggest DIMM should be in the 1st slot, so have the 512 in the 1st slot, and put the old 256MB in the previously empty slot. Did this, switched on, and it has all worked straight away without any glitches!
