The EPSON LQ-630 is a low cost, high quality dot matrix printer perfect for counter-top use, bringing high speed, flexibility and reliability to all environments including retail stores, banks, post offices, doctors' surgeries and ticket shops, as well as industrial, trade and service companies. A simple three button control panel ensures easy operation by both experienced and novice users, while the flatbed design enables small cut sheet paper to be inserted ergonomically from the front, with both cut sheet and continuous paper being ejected from the front side too. With a high Mean Volume Between Failure (MVBF) of the printer at 12 million lines, the EPSON LQ-630 is built to last. Cost effective and with advanced functionalities, the EPSON LQ-630 is the perfect solution for any business. A key feature of the EPSON LQ-630 is its control panel. This simple, clear three-button/three-LED panel provides the power to control all aspects of the printing process quickly, ensuring operation by even the most inexperienced users. A Lock-Out function is also available to restrict the use of any buttons on the front panel.

With a footprint of just 38.6cm x 30.6cm x 18.5cm (WxDxH), a column length of 80 characters at 10 characters per inch, and the ability to print on small cut sheets (9cm minimum width x 7cm minimum length) and at speeds of up to 360cps (12cpi high speed draft), the EPSON LQ-630 is built to bring high performance printing especially for restricted space environments. Using EPSON's flatbed technology, cut sheets are inserted and ejected at the front, continuous media is loaded at the rear and ejected at the front. Small or normal size cut sheets, labels, continuous or multipart stationery up to 1 original + 4 copies can be used. The EPSON LQ-630 features a parallel interface as standard, and also includes a USB interface v1.1 for fast connection to the latest PC technology. For more demanding applications, an optional EPSON Net External Print Server is available.
