i can't afford a UPS so this is the next best thing, and about £100 cheaper! i bought this one cos it's a Belkin and its got six sockets. doesn't look too good but it's only stuffed under my desk.

nice product, be careful if you have some larger plugs that need to go onto this, some might not fit with other plugs either side. Would be nice to have an extra switch on the actual extension so power can be turned off also wherever the extension is.

I got these when they were just £2.99 inc VAT. Now they've shot up to £6.47, which is still a good price.

All my surge protectors are Belkin but the only difference I can see on this one is that it doesn't have any LEDs telling you if the surge protection is working.

There's no rocker switch either to switch it on/off.

The main thing that concerns me is that unlike the other Belkin surge protectors I've bought, they all have connected limited warranties (£100,000 to £250,000). This has no mention of a connected warranty. It only has a lifetime warranty if it breaks - no warranty for the equipment connected.

Otherwise it's great.

Enjoy.
