I have one of theses phones connected to an freeware asterisk PBX (www.asterisk.org). I have to say this phone is the Rolls Royce of VOIP. I have not used it with the Cisco Call Manager but setting it up with all features working on Asterisk is a dream. Features are second to none as is sound quality. Well done Cisco and well done Ebuyer for stocking it.

Note you will need a powercube unless you have Cisco's Power Over Ethernet (POE) kit.
