Good solid stand for desk top use

This stand is solid and stable and gets the screen of my laptop up to an ergonomic veiwing height.

Typing on the laptop keyboard is not practical on the highest angles, however as my laptop is desk bound most of the time I use an external keyboard and mouse anyway.

The highest position lifts my screen about 20cm from the desk.

Just logged on to buy another of these for home. Highly durable and easy to set up. I have been transporting it around with me as it's not too bulky, but could do with one at home now.

Good stand and wouldn't buy anything else. (I use it on the highest notch - 45 degrees and so use keyboard and mouse. MS 2000 / 3000 respectively.)

Great Stand - Excellent Value

This is a really good laptop stand; the laptop (even a large, widescreen laptop such as my Acer TravelMate 8204WLMi) is stable at all angles. Having the display elevating is already causing me less neck pain! In addition, I've noticed that the laptop is running a lot cooler - probably due to more airflow at the bottom.

Works fine with Linux ;-)

Very good value. Does the job without fuss and I use it every day. If you need a notebook stand to get screen to correct height.... Get this one! Perfect if you have extra keyboard anyway.

As a working DJ I have a 15" HP & an Asus EEEPC901 as a backup machine for my job. With my Easy Riser one size fits all. I have stuck a Belkin 5 port USB on the back board, which allows me to power my Kensington Flylight2.0 as well. I have a Numark DMC Midi mixing head unit, which also fits nicely on my K. Easy Riser, so I am just buying a 2nd for that purpose. Love this simply, but madly effective piece of equipment. Kensington are a superbly innovative manufacturer.

Good Value

This is a good piece of kit, and is great value for money.

However, it does take up a lot of room at the widest angle (120 degree approx., but please don't quote me on this), and you'd need quite a large desk to get the stand and a keyboard on it at this angle.

Fortunately for me I use my dining room table so space is not an issue :o)
