• Fill in the claim form with all of the relevant products and the total cashback.
• Print a copy of the corresponding Invoice by clicking on the word ’Invoiced’ on your Ebuyer order.
• Send the completed claim form to the address stated along with your proof of purchase. (An Ebuyer Invoice is acceptable proof but order dockets are not).
• You will then receive a reply via email with the reference for your claim and the total amount payable.
