Report a manufacturer for over packaged items

If you feel you have received goods that have been over packaged, we would like to know about it:

1. If you feel the item has been over packaged by the manufacturer, please contact us at manufacture.overpackaged@ebuyer.com
2. If you feel there has been excess packaging used for the delivery of the order please contact delivery.overpackaged@ebuyer.com

Please provide the following details on the email:

• Order Number
• Description of the item (include item code)
• Reason you feel the item / order was over packaged.

We will provide you with a reply within 14 days.
