Ebuyer send packaging as part of the delivered product to you the customer. As part of our environmental commitment, we have created this page to provide you our valued customer with information on ways to recycle and recover packaging.

Packaging of the orders

Ebuyer has a unique warehouse system for orders. The system will calculate the dimensions of the packaging required for each and every order. This ensures we are following the guidelines for Packaging and also reduces the amount of packaging sent out for each order.

Ebuyer are encouraging our suppliers who drop ship to our customers to follow the same system. This will ensure that all our orders shipped out by Ebuyer and on behalf of Ebuyer are too the same standard.

Delivery Over-Packaged

We set up an email service whereby our customers can report orders that they feel have been over packaged. Ebuyer will investigate all complaints and contact the necessary suppliers to encourage them to adopt packaging procedures that we use.

The customer is updated throughout this process.

If you feel there has been excess packaging used for the delivery of the order please contact delivery.overpackaged@ebuyer.com

Please provide the following details on the email:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the item (include item code)
  • Reason you feel the item / order was over packaged.

We will provide you with a reply within 14 days.

Manufacturer Over - Packaged

This is a similar service to the delivery over packaged whereby our customers can report items they feel have been over-packaged by the manufacturer. We will contact the manufacturer in question and work alongside them to help reduce there impact on the environment.

The customer is updated throughout this process.
