Qualifying Trade-Ins

In order for your trade-in device(s) to qualify, it must be a maximum of six years old and reach either of the Accepted standards detailed below:

It must be a

  • Chromebook
  • Desktops or All-In-Ones
  • Laptop or 2-in-1
  • Apple MacBook
  • Apple iMac

Your qualifying trade in product can be running any operating system

For your Trade-in to qualify for the promotion it must be a working, complete and undamaged Laptop, Desktop or Chromebook up to six years old. Laptops and ChromeBooks must have a minimum 11.3" display. Your Trade-in must be complete with a working battery and power supply. Please do not return monitors, keyboards or mice.

Terms & Conditions

  1. From October 6th 2015 to October 27th 2015 inclusive, customers who purchase a Qualifying Product from a participating retailer or reseller will be entitled to a reward when they trade-in a qualifying device ("Trade-in").
  2. Reward Values, Qualifying products and qualifying Trade-in devices are set out on the Offers page of this website.
  3. Only one claim is permitted per qualifying purchase. A maximum of three claims may be submitted per household.
  4. This Promotion is open to residents of mainland UK and Northern Ireland only who purchase a new (not pre-owned or refurbished) Qualifying Product. This offer is not open to anyone professionally connected with the promotion including agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, and participating stockists. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  5. Claims must be submitted on this website within 14 days of the date of purchase. Trade-in devices must be received within 30 days of purchase. The date of purchase counts as day 1.
  6. Claims must be submitted online only and you must upload a valid proof of purchase which details the qualifying product purchased, the invoice date, the name of the reseller or retailer and the final purchase price.
  7. Purchases made from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or marketplace sales through retail websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace or PlayTrade) are specifically excluded from this promotion.
  8. For your Trade-in to qualify for the promotion it must be a working, complete and undamaged Laptop, Desktop or Chromebook up to six years old. Laptops and ChromeBooks must have a minimum 11.3" display. Your Trade-in must be complete with a working battery and power supply. Please do not return monitors, keyboards or mice.
  9. New purchases running Microsoft Pro Operating systems are specifically excluded from this promotion.
  10. The Trade in offer is not applicable to products which originate outside the UK. Qualifying products must be of original United Kingdom localised specification. Imported/ grey market products are not eligible for the promotion. Any claims for products which appear to be from outside the UK will be rejected. Only genuine Microsoft Window 8.1 or 10 products are valid for this promotion. To ensure your product qualifies, refer to the Support page for more information
  11. The promoter accepts no responsibility for loss of confidential data. Deletion of all confidential data and information, which is subject to applicable data protection legislation, is the sole responsibility of the customer. You may request free data wiping software during your online claim request. Upon receipt of the Trade-in all data will be destroyed. Please note that we are unable to retrieve any data once your Trade in device has been received and are unable to return any Trade in devices.
  12. Your claim will be assessed within 2 working days and upon pre-approval of your claim you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your trade-in, the promoter cannot accept liability for any Trade-ins lost, damaged or destroyed in the post. We are unable to accept hand delivery.
  13. Provided that the device meets the Trade-in Criteria you will receive confirmation by email that your claim has been validated and payment shall be made within 28 days.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify claims which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions.
  15. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, generating and/or requiring further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity and other relevant details of a participant.
  16. If a participant returns the Qualifying Product after submitting a claim, the claim will be deemed invalid and cancelled.
