Elgato 4K Cam Link USB 3.0 for PC and Mac
With the Elgato Cam Link 4K , a compatible DSLR / DSLM camera, a camcorder or an action cam with HDMI output can be connected directly to the PC via USB 3.0. In this way, it is possible to significantly enhance its video quality compared to a webcam, because larger sensors and lenses produce a significantly higher image quality.
At the same time, the Elgato Cam Link 4K eliminates a significant weakness of cameras: the limited capacity of SD and CF memory cards. With the Cam Link 4K the recordings are saved directly on the data medium in the PC (hard disk / SSD), Depending on the camera used, the resolution is 3,840 x 2,160 pixels at 30 frames per second or 1,920 x 1,080 pixels at a maximum of 60 frames per second.
