FAQs
HP Brighter Futures is a one-for-one program, meaning if the you buy 50 qualifying devices, you can trade in 50 old devices.
- Trade-in devices can be any brand of desktop or laptop, as long as they are in working order and under 8 years old. Devices do not need to be HP.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Once the claim is approved, you have 60 days to book a collection for Trade-in units. For more information please contact your account manager or the public sector team.
