• Trade-in devices can be any brand of desktop or laptop, as long as they are in working order and under 8 years old. Devices do not need to be HP.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Once the claim is approved, you have 60 days to book a collection for Trade-in units. For more information please contact your account manager or the public sector team.
