Today’s consumer knows that if a shopping journey was frustrating or problematic, they can and will avoid the organisation in the future. This means it’s crucial for us to constantly and repeatedly deliver a high quality experience to our customers, so they know our brand can be trusted.
Over the last 12 months, we have focused on a number of improvements and it’s great to see that these have made a difference to our customers.”
