Our message to you during the Covid-19 pandemic

Considering the rapidly developing situation with Covid-19, we would like to update you all on the current preparations and decisions we are making. Firstly, we want to assure you that although the current situation is challenging and uncertain for everyone, we are taking it very seriously. We have always striven to provide the best possible service and under the current circumstances we have reviewed our delivery options to our customers, which are detailed below. We have put plans and processes in place to ensure we continue to deliver a good and robust service for you.

Delivery process

We are working closely with our parcel delivery companies to ensure your parcels are delivered safely and securely while adhering to the government guidelines on social distancing:

  • For all parcels which do not require a Proof of Delivery (POD) our drivers will leave the package in a safe place. A calling card will be posted to confirm delivery.
  • If no safe place is available or a POD is required, our driver will place the parcel on your doorstep, ring or knock on your door and then retreat two metres away from the door. When the door is answered the driver will explain that they are making a delivery and ask for confirmation of your surname.
  • If there is no answer at the door our driver will attempt to deliver to a neighbour following the same process. A calling card will be posted to confirm delivery.
