Albacore has nearly 30 years’ experience providing IT support to businesses in the freight and customs industry specifically. Their knowledge and presence in the industry means that they understand the unique deadlines, budgets and time pressures that freight industry businesses face. Should on- site assistance be required, they offer a 4-hour on-site response.

Where does Ebuyer fit in?

Just as Albacore realise the importance of solving problems as soon as possible, they joined Ebuyer in March 2018 looking for a reliable, good-value tech supplier who could also offer expert advice and a simplified ordering service. Ebuyer’s competitive pricing also played a part in the decision.

A dedicated account manager

Albacore’s Bev Battle describes their working relationship with Ebuyer account manager Zach Penn. “Our relationship is good with Zach. It’s essential having an individual port of call for product questions, stock availability and account queries. Zach is always on hand when I’ve had large orders for desktops and monitors. He has checked stock and arranged pallet deliveries several times for us throughout 2020.”
