Here at Ebuyer we want to ensure we are offering our customers a complete solution, we are so confident in our ability to do this that, from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX, if we don’t ask when you are purchasing a HP Printer from us, whether you need any ink or toner to go with your purchase, you will get it for FREE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotion applies to HP printers purchased from Ebuyer UK LTD and invoiced between XXXX and XXXX only.
Promotion is limited to orders whereby a business customer has spoken to a B2B Sales Team Member over the phone.
Promotion only applies when speaking to a sales team member directly, when calling the business line - number and selecting option 2.
Promotion does not apply when speaking on live chat via website or through our Customer Support team.
Promotions applies to new orders only - not orders to replace returned goods.
Claims are only valid when made within seven days of purchase.
If you believe you were not offered HP ink or toner within 48 hours of the purchase of your HP printer you can claim 12 months’ supply of ink and toner (based on 12 month average recommended print volume of the printer).
No alternatives or cash will be offered.
Only one claim per customer will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt this will be determined by the invoice address associated with the order against which you make your claim.

Making a Claim
If a member of our sales team doesn’t offer you ink or toner when you purchase your HP printer you can claim 12 months’ supply – free. Simply email email@example.com with Dare to Ask in the subject line. Include your order number as well as the date and time your order was placed. When your claim is confirmed we will process your years’ supply of ink or toner. Please see terms and conditions for further information.
