If you have not been asked if you would like a copy of Microsoft Office with your Windows 10 Pro laptop order, please read the T&Cs below in full to check if you are eligible. Please submit your order, plus the time and date of your call to business@ebuyer.com. We will review your claim and process your free copy of Office once confirmed as eligible.
Terms and Conditions
- Promotion applies to devices purchased from Ebuyer UK LTD and invoiced between 14/02/2022 and 30/04/2022 only.
- Promotion excludes orders that are placed online via our website.
- Promotion only applies when speaking to sales team member directly, when calling the Business line (01430 433780).
- Promotion does not apply when speaking on live chat via website or through our Customer Support team.
- Promotions applies to new orders only- not orders to replace returned goods.
- Claim must be made within 48 hours of quotation.
- A Microsoft Office option may be offered to you as either Boxed, download or licensing format.
- If you believe you were not offered a copy of Microsoft Office, within 48 hours of making your purchase you can claim one free copy of Office Home & Business 2021.
- One copy of Office Home & Business 2021 will be provided regardless of the number of device units on the order. No alternatives or cash will be offered.
- Only one claim per customer will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt this will be determined by the invoice address associated with the order against which you are making your claim.
