Terms & Conditions - Bolton “Up your Game” Giveaway

Our prize draws and competitions are organised by Ebuyer (UK) Limited, E.Yorks, DN14 7UW, and is registered in England and Wales No 03941136, trading as ebuyer. (the “Promoter”.)

The title of the competition is ebuyer Up your Game. The competition is in association with AOC and Phillips as providers of the giveaway prize of 1 x Evnia Curved Gaming Monitor QD OLED. All content is created by ebuyer and not Philips / AOC.

Register their email on the “Support your club, shop ebuyer” site.

Entry can also be via QR code as shared via the BWFC v Exeter City community match day sign up with spudbros for the 31st August. There will be only one winner.

The competition is free to enter all entries must be received by 23:59 on 7th September 2024. No purchase is necessary via ebuyer.com to enter the giveaway. By registering your email, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. You will be contacted (via email) if successful as the one winner, by the 9th September 2024..

The giveaway will end at 23:59 on the 7th September The winner will be chosen and notified (via email or post) by 9th September 2024.

The prize consists of 1 x Evnia Curved Gaming Monitor QD OLED and 1 x signed Bolton Wanderers away shirt, signed by John McGinlay. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The prize vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash with BWFC, AOC, Phillips or ebuyer.

Prizes will be delivered by post within 7 days of the winner being notified by email. The competition is open to all residents in the UK (excluding N.I) with access to the internet and have a valid email address.

The competition cannot be entered by any employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above; or any third party directly associated with administration and/or judging of the competition.

In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.

The winner will be chosen at random using an online platform designed for the purpose of random winner selection. No employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above; or any third party directly associated will have any bias towards the decision.

The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible winner.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

All our prize draws, competitions and these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
