Good Points+: Hardware installation was fine

Bad Points−: Software/documentation assumes far too much knowledge of the user. It needs an "idiots guide". If you're not an IT Pro you'll have a big learning curve before you can get it to do what you want.
Apps seem sluggish, maybe needs more RAM (not upgradeable) & faster CPU.

Good Points+: Looks good, fairly simple to set up, quiet, PACKED with features and utilities!!! Great value for money.

Bad Points−: Could be faster.... Check the spec's and do your research. If you are wanting to shift big files around in a hurry then I'd recommend spending the extra for a faster model. It does achieve the spec's quoted though...

Good Points+: Small, Compact, Quiet. Simple Hotswap.

Bad Points−: Complained about creating a raid 5 set with hot spare. still not able to work out how to use a cloud for android and android apps couldn't find NAS on my network without specifying the IP
