Next day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:

  • The order is placed before the specified cut off time and all security checks have been completed.
  • All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
  • Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
  • Delivery is to a UK mainland address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.
  • Applies to next working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.
  • Product restrictions apply to products that don’t ship directly from Ebuyer warehouse
  • Only available on items shipping directly from the Ebuyer warehouse (items with Exclamation mark basket warning in basket section do not apply)

2 Man Delivery

This is a dedicated Ebuyer delivery service for extra-large items. Once your order is placed our customer service team will personally contact you to arrange your delivery. Delivery will be made within 5 working days with a delivery time slot between 8am and 7pm. An SMS/Email will be sent to confirm your order is out for delivery and our delivery team will call you one hour prior to the delivery taking place.

How does it work?

  • Order Placed
  • Once the order is received our Customer Service team will call the customer to arrange delivery within 5 working days. An email will be sent to the customer to confirm the delivery date.
  • Customer will receive an SMS/Email to confirm the order is out for delivery.
  • The delivery team will call the customer 1 hour prior to delivery.

Terms and Conditions

  • Delivery will be made direct your door step (Office-Businesses), unfortunately we are unable to install any of the items purchased.
  • In respect of delivery you are responsible for ensuring that all measurements taken by you are correct for the item to be delivered to your address.
  • Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to accept the order.
  • If you are unable to accept the goods on the scheduled delivery date, there will be a re-delivery charge of £30.00
  • Our delivery team are unable to take any old/un-wanted items away.
  • Where Goods are not removed from their packaging or you have otherwise not had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods on delivery, the Goods will be deemed accepted 7 (seven) days after delivery.
