- Only qualifying products are eligible for the discounted shipping rate. This is indicated by the free shipping icon next to the product.
- Discounted shipping applies to UK mainland* deliveries only and excludes additional delivery options. (For example 0600-0730 delivery)
- Discounted shipping restrictions may apply to some postcode areas*.
- Only applies to orders under 25kg

Next day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:
- The order is placed before the specified cut off time and all security checks have been completed.
- All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
- Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
- Delivery is to a UK mainland address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.
- Applies to next working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.
- Product restrictions apply to products that don’t ship directly from Ebuyer warehouse

- Free Delivery is only available on orders over £49.99 inclusive of VAT.

£1.49 Shipping offer
- The offer only applies to items that fall under the PC, Laptop, Server and Flash memory categories.
- The £1.49 shipping offer will not apply if more than 1 item is bought.
- Only applies to orders with an overall cart weight less than 0.5Kg.
- Items over £49.99 will default to our standard 5 day free shipping offer (see terms below)

Warehouse Locations
Ebuyer operates a warehouse in Howden, East Yorkshire, UK. In addition, we have a full network of suppliers across the country that can drop ship items to our customers.

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver packages to our customers.

When will my order be delivered?
Your delivery may take an additional few days, as some of our carriers are currently experiencing delays delivering to certain areas of the UK.
Why are some delivery options not available?
Because the weather conditions vary widely across the country, we have temporarily removed some guaranteed-timed delivery options until we are confident that we can meet these delivery promises.
Will orders being delivered to a non-UK address be affected?
International deliveries may also be delayed by an additional few days as airports are running with delays.
When do you expect normal services to be resumed?
We are monitoring the weather forecasts and will continue to update with our best estimates of when your order will be delivered.
