Order Status

Order Status
Description
Security Check

Your order is queued in our system and is waiting to be processed by our Order Management Team.

Security is paramount at Ebuyer, therefore we periodically review accounts to ensure a secure environment for our buyers, this means that we will carry out routine security checks to verify that the account details you have supplied are valid. Although unlikely, there is a possibility an order could be slightly delayed if passed for a security check. If we are unable to verify some of your account information, this may result in further identification documents being requested to help with verification of your account details.

Order Placed

Your order has been entered into our system following successful security clearance and is waiting for all stock to become available.

Goods Allocated

Some or all of your items have now been sourced from one or more of our available dispatch points. If all items have been allocated then a Confirmed Ship Date should follow shortly.

Stock Warning

Some or all of your items are out of stock/discontinued. This will potentially delay the shipping of your order.

You should see an email and an order note detailing which of your order items ecountered problems. These items will be highlighted in red on your ‘View Order’ page, from there follow the links and take any remedial action neccessary.

Any remaining items showing as ‘Allocated’ will only stay allocated to your order for a maximum of 48 hours. If you do not act within this time these items will be de-allocated and made available for general sale.

Payment Taken

We have successfully taken payment from your credit card and you should receive confirmation of this by email.

If you look at your order lines you will see Confirmed Ship Dates (CSD) for each item. This may vary depending on the delivery date you requested and the warehouse responsible for shipping your goods. None of your items will usually be shipped until these confirmed ship dates are reached, however some warehouses may ship ahead of schedule.

Payment Error

During the process of charging your credit card we were unable to obtain an authorisation code, you should see an email and an order note informing you of this. This may be for a number of reasons, please check your payment details to ensure they are correct.

Pick In Progress

The day before your delivery is due (or in some cases sooner) your order status should advance to ‘Pick in Progress’. If you look at the individual lines on your order you will also see this on a line by line basis. This means that your order has entered our warehouse system and is being picked. Once your order is at this status you will not be able to amend or change your order or your payment/shipping address details.

Shipping

Your order has left our warehouse and is being shipped to you by one of our couriers. You may be able to track your order using the shipping details provided.

Invoiced

Your order has now been fully dispatched and your invoice can be printed via the Ebuyer website.

Scheduled for Cancel

If you have requested your order to be cancelled (either by phone or using the order tools provided on the website) your order status will show as ‘Scheduled for Cancel’. This means we have acknowledged your request to cancel the order and your request should be completed shortly.

Cancelled

Your order has been cancelled. Any reasons for order cancellation will show in your order notes.

Not Allocated

We have not yet started to source your order lines from any of our warehouses.

Allocated

We have sourced your order line(s) and depending on the order status we should be shortly passing this order on to our warehouses for dispatch.

Ship Date

Once payment has been successfully processed we will schedule your order lines for dispatch. A Confirmed Ship Date (CSD) will be displayed next to each line. This may vary depending on the delivery date you requested and the warehouse responsible for shipping your goods. None of your items will usually be shipped until these confirmed ship dates are reached, however some warehouses may ship ahead of schedule.

It is not uncommon to see different ‘Ship Dates’ alongside lines on the same order. This represents our ability to ship the items from different locations.

Pick In Progress

Once the order has been passed on to our dispatch system your order line will change from ‘Ship Dat’ to ‘Pick in Progress’ and that order line should be dispatched that day.

Shipping

This item has left our warehouse and is being shipped to you by one of our couriers. You may be able to track your order using the shipping details provided.

Invoiced

This item has now been dispatched and the invoice for this item is available for printing via the Ebuyer website

Order Cut-off Times

Total delivery time is driven by shipping time and shipment method chosen by the customer. Shipping time is driven by the time to process the order & product availability which is shown on our web site under each product.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel any item that has not entered the shipping process. Most items enter the shipping process 5 minutes after you place your order. You may cancel entire orders via the Account section within these first 5 minutes.
