I have only used it through a hdmi cable but i have attached sd,usb and external hard drive and all files played perfectly.
The player is very good much better than the standard media player they sell.
I have been after a player that supports mkv files for a while and for the price ebuyer are offering this at its a no brainer. The unit is very slick and sits under the tv looking as expensive as the branded players.

Excellent media player
operating system:Windows 7Tested it on my 46" Sony and 21" LG TVs, worked perfectly through hdmi, with both my USB flash drive and Hard Drive.
Played all files i tried (mkv, avi, mp4, mp3 ...) without any issues, both on FAT and NTFS.
Easy to use and I'm very happy with it.
Well worth buying.

Fails to recognise USB drives if both connected to unit at same time
Fails to play some newer MP4 file formats

I bought this device because for the price it bragged 'Supports All HD Video Formats'.
I tried streaming a number of different files types from:
- An external HD
- SD card
- A flash pen drive
Playback from all of them stuttered, via AV and HD cables. The sound was ok but the video would skip making it unwatchable.
My advice would be to avoid. The product just doesn't work.
@Ebuyer - I can't fault your service or your prices, but stocking products like this reflects badly on you. I would suggest trailing and reviewing products before stocking them.
