My Guide 3218
Ive just gotta say this is a really good compact Nav.
Agreed the Turbodog software is poor but iGO8 slides in with no hassle at all.
Screen is a little glary in the sun, and there is no Mains Charger.
You do get USB Connector, Car Charger, 2GB Sd Card & Window Mount.
Nice budget Nav, Change the S/Ware and you cant fault it.
Need help with the S/ware transplant look me up in the forum "Ratters"

Not ApplicableNot only is this product a nice looking piece of kit its the best valued sat nav anwhere around. I have yet to find any other sat nav that has european maps on for within 15pounds of this unit. Big thumbs up too ebuyer. keep the credit crunching deals coming guys
Great Device with 2GB SD Card

Not ApplicableThe device is solid build, comes with car charger, car holder, usb cable and a 2GB SD card. The larger than usual size SD card means you don't need to invest in another SD Card although it is not that expensive nowaday.<br />
The stock device has a navigator software and media playback capability. Like other no-brand device, you can install other branded software like TomTom or iGO on it (just google it!). I installed the GarminXT on my device in 10mins. Easy Easy.<br />
My Guide 3218 Sat Nav

Windows VistaA brilliant product. We have a Becker and a Tom Tom but this one is small and slim and beats the others into a cocked hat. It started badly though : for the first 30 miles it was a bit crazy, showing us off-roading like mad ! Then it settled down and gave excellent navigation both in the UK and France. We particularly liked the extremely clear roundabout displays and over-speeding warnings. We whole-heartedly recommend this superb little Sat Nav.

3000 miles and still love it

Not ApplicableJust drove from Wales to Italy with this using the normal French Motorways and Tolls on the way down and then drove around Italy. On the way back we navigated by country as we wanted to see as many as we could and came back via Italy, Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium & France and it was really good throughout. Just beware that you are going to the new place you have entered and not the place before!!! If in doubt. Turn off machine and reboot to get a "clean" journey. For the price and maps BRILLIANT. Got us round 3000 mile with very few problems and even got us to hospital in an emergency!!

Instruction manual & model name
I received my 3218 yesterday morning. This is my first sat nav and just have 2 questions : the advertising states the model as being m.imove but my box states MG3218WE. Also the instruction manual is printed in very small text which is very difficult to read. Can I get hold of a larger print version?

OtherJust put tomtom7 on (see navigo V2). Better options (more voices...), faster route re-calc(might be because of different SD card) All in all great first SATNAV. Still trying to access WinCE.
