NB. this device can also take MMC and RS-MMC as well as SD cards. The description doesn't state this...thought I'd mention it.

This VEHO VSD-001 SD adaptor IS COMPATIBLE with large capacity SD HC cards. The packaging incorrectly states that: "compatible with any SD card size (not SDHC)". Well it worked with mine which was 4gb DANE-ELEC SD HC card.
The following cards also listed as supported: SD / MiniSD / RS-MMC / MMC.
The build quality is cheap (but not horrible) don't expect anything great.

operating system:Not ApplicableI emailed Veho because I have one of their 2GB cards and asked if this adaptor would work with the card. I got the response:
"The veho VSD-001 card reader is compatible with the veho 2GB card as well with all capacities of cards including SDHC (SD High Capacity). "
I can't guarantee that the SDHC is true, I haven't tried it, but it seems unlikely they would volunteer the information if it wasn't true (I hadn't even asked about SDHC).
Anyway, the stick does exactly what it says on the tin. Nothing to fault and a fantastic price.
Fast Reliable
operating system:Windows XPWorks well if you only want a simple SD card reader solution and not the multiple of infrequently used drives appearing in My Computer. The top and tail cap you will most likely loose very quickly but this is normal! Currently £4 and has stayed at this price for a few months :D
