Superfast installation, good signal, 5stars all round
operating system:Windows XPExcellent wireless adapter, installed with Windows driver only and took less than 2mins in total and didn't even require a reboot to work.
We are small I.T. company and I can honestly say this is one of the best wireless adapaters we have ever used for ease of setup.
The only negetive is it's the same price on eBuyer as local shops which means with delivery eBuyer comes out more expensive on this one.
Works with Linux
Using it with Linux is fine (support is very new so if your distribution hasn't caught up yet see this page to download driver:- http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers/ath9k_htc
Good Product
operating system:Windows 7I have had trouble with so many wireless adapters because my house is like an air raid bunker, it's almost impossible to get a signal on the second floor. But i've had 2 Netgear adapters and they've both had great signals upstairs.
However, I did have some trouble installing it. You have to either disable or uninstall any antivirus software you have or it won't work. I had to read the FAQ's on the product website to see it doesn't work with Kaspersky, so I uninstalled my Avira and it worked a charm.
Recommended.
Over complicated GUI - doesn't connect easily without advanced settings
operating system:Windows XPShould work but it doesn't. My keys are right I connect but its limited so I get wireless network at the router but not beyond. Too hard to work out whats wrong with it. These things should should pick up the network and ask for the connection details not all this 4 tabs of tech info. GIVE A WIDE BERTH - Go buy an apple, it will just work.
