allows encryption of important files and data.
Fast and intuitive, helpful. Familiar to windows users.

Not instant load even with fast SSD
Terms do not allow 32 bit and 64 bit on same machine on different partition (you can only run 1 at once so what is the problem??)
Restricted to 1 machine - some software now allow laptop or tablet as well as long as 2 not used at once - modern thinking required here now.
"computer Backup" overwrites last backup file. It should warn you and allow you to chose another name. This is particularly important when commissioning a PC, backing up at each stage a new programme is loaded, so you can go back one stage if it does not run (e.g. legacy programs for previous windows).
No email client such as outlook express. There should be options already there.

Awful UI changes for the sake of it. Compatibility issues with some software but is required to run other software (Battlefield 3 springs readily to mind). Managed to BSOD in under 2 hrs without doing anything out of the norm although touted as stable. UI presumes all computer users want form over function.
Give me the supposed improvements of 7 (including the things that were left out which WERE improvements) with a decent UI and I'd have better to say but unless I were a shill, fanboi or first time user I'd rather stay with XP Pro, with ALL it's faults.
