Re: can you upgrade 32bit using 64bit version
you can not upgrade a 32bit version to a 64bit version. you would need to do a clean install.

This is a full 1 license / 1 PC copy !
But being Retail and not OEM as long as you uninstall from your previous PC you can install on another unlike oem which is only allowed 1 machine.
My operating systems i use are Windows XP Pro, Vista Home Premium and Windows 7 RC
