Card Reader
Ordered this 2 days ago, already arrived perfect packaging.
Easy to install and works perfectly, tested everything except the IR reader.
To corrent the above comment the SIM reader software is installed from the CD, except a shortcut is not placed on the desktop. It can be found once the driver is installed at
C:Program FilesRealtekRealtek USB 2.0 Card ReaderSimedit.exe

Working card Reader

The length of the cable was enough to reach from my 3.5in floppy bay (where i installed it) to the USB2 header, with a bit to spare.
A red light is permanently lit.
Also the picture is wrong, the lettering on the reader shown is upside down. so the 2 lights are on the right when installed.
After you install the driver you will have 4 new drives appear in removable drives in MyComputer. CF, SD, XD and MS all show with icon.
I have tested the SD slot, MS slot, T-Flash slot (microSD)and the SIM slot.
The SD, MS and microSD slots work immediately when inserting a card. SD and microSD appear in the same drive so you can only have one in use at a time.
There was no sim card reader software on the install disk but im sure i can find it online. not that i will ever need it.
for £5.99 im impressed.
SIM card reader for this product?
Hi
I wanted to use the SIM card editor but when I insert a SIM card in the SIM card reader, I get 'no driver found' error. Any idea where I can get the SIM driver? I have googled for the driver and not come up with the goods.

This card reader is excellent value for money.
But does anyone know how the IR works, I have a Harmony 555 remote but am unable to set it up
