Excellent Case and PSU

I wanted a case that wasn't too flashy but still looked the part. This case is just that - simple but good. I found the tool-free bays especially handy when installing the hard drives and DVD drives. Check out quickfind product 127584 for more customer reviews of just the case.

The PSU is rated to take the following:

3.3V - 22A

5.5V - 25A

12V1 - 18A

12V2 - 18A

Those wanting to run high end graphics cards will need plenty of power on the 12V rails. To put this in perspective, my previous "500W" PSU had only a single 12V rail rated at 17A

At 41 quid (at time of writing) this above average case and PSU is a steal.

Awesome Case

i built my new pc in this a few weeks back now and its a strong sturdy case with no sharp edges and the PSU performs well, ive got a core2duo 6600 with a geforce 7900gt and 4gb ddr2, and it is a lovely case, simple yet not bad looking, i added two Xilence Red Wing 120mm Quiet Fans (quickfind code: 138586) and an asaka fan controller just to keep the temperature down a bit and i added some asaka sound proofing sheets as well to keep the noise down.

all in all a great case, easy to get on with, no cuts on my hands, and its nice to have a matx case after having a full size case (looks tiny in comparasion!)

First, two thankyou's - one to the previous reviewers for swinging me to get this case and psu offer, and the other is to Ebuyer for doing the offer.

I haven't thrown the system together yet (still undecided about what motherboard to put in it), but have had a good 'nose around'.

It's solid, well put together and kind on the hands (I hate cases with razor edges), and while at first glance the drive retainers appear flimsy 'ish, they are well up to the job (no need to force anything, and if you think you do, you might have the fitting upside down, hehe). I fitted a LG SATA DVD RW in ready, and it took literally seconds.

I moved the 120mm fan to the front, and will fit another to the rear. The 'bag of essentials' (risers, screws, etc) is quite adequate too.

With two 18 amp 12v rails, the PSU is punching well above it's weight, and is a proper rail redesign (shifting amperage off the other rails in the process, which were a legacy requirement that's long gone now) that some more prominent PSU's still haven't had carried out.

I've built a heck of a lot of systems over the years (started with 286's on the PC side, after some years doing mainframes), and this case and PSU combo is 'up there' in sheer value for money for the quality you get (must admit I still miss those outstanding Superflower cases Ebuyer used to supply though, I shifted a load of those).

Top marks Ebuyer! Keep this deal going, and I'll be pointing customers towards it.

Silent, Sexy, just ... Superb!!! I though the case looked good online, but, in the flesh, it looks even better. The PSU supplied is absolutely silent, tool free is a great idea. And the mesh design just makes it mouthwatering! this is Coolermaster is ELITE!!!!

Recommend to anyone, spacious and stylish!

This case is a steal. I needed to upgrade my power supply so it made sense to go for this and get a new case at the same time. It kicks the ass out of the budget cases I have previously used, the snap in drive feature is particularly cool, there's a fair amount of brackets so I had some left over to use in other cases. The swivel plate that holds the cards in place worked well to, you only need a screw driver to attach your mobo and take the right panel off. There's a 120mm fan preinstalled on the back, I fitted one sucking in at the front resulting in significantly better airflow than my old case, reducing my temps by loads without even fitting a side fan. It also comes with a telescopic funnel attached to the 80mm side hole, my CPU is positioned bizarrely so in my system it was just restricting flow so I took it off. The front usb/audio plate is handily placed in a floppy bay so you can easily use them from a seated position, unlike my old case where I had to get on ground level just to see the damn things. The drive covers and fan grills on the front are all mesh instead of plastic, the filters behind these are just thin pieces of foam, but they do catch dust.

The PSU itself seems sturdily built with quality leads and connectors and it to has a 120mm fan.

All in all this was the perfect upgrade from my old generic case and particularly my generic 300w PSU, I would recommend it to anyone in a similar situation, or for a build, or for a budget gaming case.

great case one of the best cases i have ever worked on. on sharp edges easy hdd / cd and floppy installation... i only needed a screw driver to open the 2 main screws on the case and that was it. brilliant quality and looks very cool. i bought the case only option as i req a large power supply but it was a real pleasure to build a pc in a case that is simply brilliat.

i will be purchasing more of these.
