Windows Vistagot one of these to upgrade runs perfect with vista 64 tho u have to download some of the drivers from web site but install disk links u there anyway very easy.
the moniter is HUGE and crystal clear but ure graphic card better be a beast for the high resolution it uses.

only one gripe the stand joint to the actual moniter is a sort of slot in clamped hinge and its VERY VERY tight to get in be carefull otherwise perfect....

Windows VistaThere is a rubber cup the stand sits in on the underside of monitor if u cant get stand in pull this out there is a `u` shaped metal clamp take this out and replace rubber cup then push in stand still grips tight but at least its in ....phew

Windows VistaI ordered this monitor and it arrived at my door the next morning at 8:42! Very impressive delivery.
The monitor is very big (a lot bigger than I anticipated) and it has a beautiful design.
The only problem I had with this monitor is how difficult it is to get it on the stand! The stand is a stick with a rugby shaped ball thing on the end and you have to push it into a rubber slot on the bottom of the monitor. This was very difficult to slot in and I had to apply a lot of force (my whole body weight) and I had to use a bit of vaseline to get it to slot in. The instructions on how to put the stand on are a bit vague too...
Other than that, this is a very sexy monitor!

Windows VistaGot this monitor on tuesday morning after ordering on the saturday before. Super saver delivery so i was impressed with the speed of delivery.
The monitor is beautifull. the Glossy black suround is one of the nicest ive seen. The screen is good quality but bleeds light through the bottom and top. So blacks are a dark grey. Playing games at 1920-1200 is amazing though. I will have to try with Blu ray dvd.

Good price also, cheaper then other sites.

Windows VistaNot only does this monitor look great with its smooth glossy black curves, but the picture is superb. You will have to adjust the settings quite a bit though as out of the box it practically blinds you. The screen is bright! Too bright. I had to adjust mine by nearly 50%. Making the adjustments is a bit fiddly but absolutely vital. There are some presets for the MagicBright but I didnt like any of them. Having changed the resolution to 1920x1200 Im now amazed at how much I can fit on the screen. The display is crisp and clear with even brightness across the board.
A lot of people have complained about how difficult it is to fit the base. I took the advice offered and smeared some Vaseline over the rubber beforehand. With a little jiggle and a slight push down the monitor slipped onto the stand no problems.
For the money I cant fault this monitor, the only gripe being the lack of HDMI. However I was surprised to find it ships with a DVI and VGA cable. Ive only had it for 1 day and I wouldnt want to go back to my old, perfectly good but far too small, Illyama 17in sliver square!

Windows XPOrdered this monitor yesterday about 1pm with Saturday delivery. Arrived today before 10am. First class service from Ebuyer.
I was worried my 8 year old computer might have struggled to run this size monitor and even posted on the Ebuyer forum but that did nothing to ease my worries. Took the plunge anyway figuring if it didn't work I could try it at a lower res or keep it until I upgraded my pc.
No need to worry the monitor runs fine even at its full res.
Wish I'd seen the previous review before ordering though, couldn't find anywhere if a vga and dvi cable were included so I ordered a cable at the same time. But as the previous review states, both cables are included along with a uk mains lead and a european 2 pin mains lead.
Read everywhere about the stand problems. Took a little bit of fiddling to get it in but It's not impossible. Perhaps a design change would be better but at least now the stand's on it's not going anywhere.
I think the picture quality is brilliant, but I am replacing an eight year old crt monitor (which isn't even flat screen) so any monitor would be an improvement I suppose. One worry when thinking of buying an LCD screen is the risk of dead pixels. I don't know if I'm lucky but I haven't noticed any so thats a relief. (My daughters packard bell monitor has one pixel that stays red and when the screen shows a lot of black it really stands out).
I can highly recommend this monitor, it looks really nice, shows up my beige base unit (perhaps a good enough reason to upgrade the pc itself) and the picture quality is crisp and clear for everyday computing. Can't say what it would be like for gaming though.
Had to read the instructions to find the power button, all the buttons are down the right side of the monitor and really blend in with the case. There is a discreet blue neon light on the bottom of the monitor to show that it is powered on that doesn't distract you when looking at the screen.
So if your looking to upgrade to a large monitor, I think this model represents excellent value for money.

Came with VGA (D-sub) and DVI-D (Single-link) cables, about 4-5ft long each, cable tidy, soft cloth to clean screen, mains leads (UK and EU), install disc etc.
Unboxing and assembly took under 10 minutes. Found none of the stand issues mentioned in other reviews, it slotted in with next to no effort simply by following the instructions closely.
Slight issue: did not work with DVI connection until I installed graphics card drivers (clean OS build).
Noticed slight image quality improvement from VGA to DVI using provided cables, mostly in sharpness.
Brightness out of box is blinding but easily reduced. No noise when brightness drops like mentioned in some reviews. On-screen menu is slightly odd to navigate as I find it's structure unintuitive but all the functions are there and the menu itself is visually discreet, occupying a small portion of the display area's bottom-right corner.
Crisp, clear image with no dead pixels and no backlight bleed from the edges, although the glossy finish reflects the display at the edges if you look very closely. Glossy finish stand also reflects the power LED quite a bit but since it is a soft blue I do not find it distracting.
Response time is adequate for gaming and I've yet to see a noticeable drop in quality compared to more expensive screens I've worked with (this is a TN type panel after all but anything better at this size is far more expensive.)
Overall impression: would buy again if given the choice, easy to assemble and install (currently set up and running perfectly without provided software), massive size (especially coming from a 17") fits everything I've thrown at it with no troubles. Will keep me very happy for a while.
PS: To the reviewer having trouble with video playback, if you're running this as a secondary monitor off a laptop try using a different player (KMPlayer is my personal choice for DVD playback). If everything but the video itself displays fine then it is neither the monitor nor the graphics card. Some media players have trouble outputting video to a secondary display so try that before moving on to more time-consuming or potentially costly solutions like replacing components.

Windows XPArrived today opened it up , and must say its very stylish and looks awesome anyone with a decent rig needs this i bought this screen for ARMA2 on pc out on June 19th first person army simulator, and cant wait till i get the game up and running :) had crysis warhead up just to see and looks very very good it looks like a mini HD tv well cool def worth 200 pound as its future proofing your screen with a 3 year manufacturers warranty incase it ever breaks samsung are on a sony level especially in last few years they have really stepped up as regards to quality of build , well if you read this and have the money take my word this monitor is exactly what you need for next however many years of gaming/dvds/ etc ...

Windows XPJust to say how pleased I am with this monitor that I bought to replace my aging twin 18" TFTs. Great picture, no dead pixels, nice shiny bezel. The sceen fitted the stand first time - just make sure you read the instructions.
