The Red Wing fans represent not only excellent value for money but they also look great in their black and red colour scheme. The bearings used in the Red Wing fans are hydro bearings, which produce very low vibrational noise. Each fan is supplied with mounting screws and can be powered by a 3-pin motherboard socket or a spare 4-pin Molex connector.

great fan, well worth the money
operating system:Windows XPi brought two of these for my new cooler master case and it dropped the temperature in the case by approx. 11C and the CPU by around 14C so i was well pleased, as i thought my temps were a tad high for my liking. they are nice a quiet, i also brought a fan controller so for the nights they are left on i can turn them down nice and slow so theyre even quieter.

Great quiet, high flow fan
operating system:Windows XPHad one of these in my old case, and just bought two more for my new build. These are great fans that are pretty quiet. They shift more air than any other fan I could find at the same noise level.
Okay for PSUs ?
I have used one of these to replace a noisy 12 cm fan in a Casecom 500W PSU. A perfect fit, I cut old and new wires and joined them with a terminal block. PSU is now a lot quieter.
Now the disclaimer. These fans may not be rated for PSUs, do it at your own risk. Always allow time for a PSU to discharge before opening.
Cool and quiet
operating system:Windows XPGot one of these for the back and a Hiper 120mm HiperFlow Chrome Blade Case Fan With Blue LED for the side of my case. They both blow about the same amount of air but this one (Red Wing) is much quieter. If you need groovy blue glow the Hiper is fine but if you want Silence get the Xilence ;)
