Great Case

Very good airflow. Kepts my CPU at 30-34 degrees, motherboard 32, GPU 37 degrees. All ideal. This case with its VGA housing and additional 120mm fan that does not come with the case really cools the grahics card very well. My 480 gtx with stock fan settings under load in a corsair 800 d with 2 extra exhaust fans, and an axtra 120 mm intake gave me 88 degrees load, 44 idle. Compare this to 37 idel and 79-80 load. Thats with the one extra 120mm fan on the VGA cooler. I have yet to install the bracket that also comes with the case. My CPU under load (gaming - Battlefield hits 40-45 degrees. Prime95 52-55. <br />

The Coolermaster Haf X is a very good case especially for those on air. Not that I am in any way stating the Corsair 800d is bad. Its a brillant case especially for those watercooling. <br />

operating system:Windows 7Well to start with this is the Best case ive owned.!!
I was tempted by the corsair 800d but after some couple months of studdying it wasnt good for air cooling. however i did buy a COOLIT VANTAGE. but xmas is on the way so i had to go for this.GLAD I DID.
PROS. DEEP CASE FITS 14" VIDEO CARDS.
ALOT OF CABLES CAN BE HIDDEN BEHIND THE CAE AND THE CASE WILL SLIDE EASY OVER IT WITH NO TROUBLE.
THE SIDE FAN CAN BE TAKEN OFF THE DUCT TOO SO CAN BE REPLACED BY ANOTHER 200MM FAN.
THERE ARE 2 BOTTOM 5.2 BAYS THAT LIKE TRAYS THAT ACT AS A SATA HOT SWAP JUST PLACE IN YOUR 2.5 OR 3.5 HDD AND IT WILL PLUG ITS SELF IN AND YOU HAVE 2 SATA PORTS ON THE INSIDE OF THE CASE TO JUST PLUG INTO WITCH MAKES TAKEN IN AND OUT THE DRIVES EASY.
CONS. NOT MUCH OF A CON MORE OF A PAIN. THE TOP CASE DOES REMOVE HOWEVER YOULL FIND THIS VERY HARD TO REMOVE. I HAVE TO TAKE A FINE BLADE. AND JUST VERY SLOWLY LEAVER ONE CORNER OF THE CASE TILL IT POPED OFF DID THIS ALONG THE TOP THE CASE. LOTS FREE BITS N' BOBS
AND A SUPPLIED USB3 LEAD OR TO THAT CAN BE EXCHNAGED. TO MAKE 4 USB 2.0 IF NEEDED
ALSO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SCRWDRIVER BECAUSE THE THUMB SCREWS ARE STIFF. ID PREFER THEM BIGGER BUT STILL NICE TO HAVE.

i believe it is slightly smaller, 2 of my friends have the cosmos, however i still believe that this is a better case
Great case
operating system:Windows 7There is a lot of space inside this case for cable routing and working. The fans give very good airflow and are extremely quiet. The window is nice to look in at internal lights. The case has a very rugged, army look. The case supports XL-ATX which is one of the newest size of motherboard. The front LED gives a nice red glow, which when you turn off the computer the red light slowly fades.The case overall has nice features and is worth the money.
