operating system:Windows XPDoes what it says on the tin, what more can you ask for, jumbo frames 7 not 9, go and download the latest realtek drivers as XP won't load any as it doesn't know what type of card it is, my Server 2003 system knew it was a realtek chip straight away.
Very pleased with these cards, 5 pc's all gigabit cards now, purchased 3 of them, all running 1000mbps full duplex.
The drivers on the cd didn't work anyway so don't bother with them.

Win 7 installed it as a Realtek NIC and found an update too.

Bought a few to update some PC's at work to 1GB. Windows XP Pro recognises card and installs Realtek drivers on Plug & Play - if it doesn't for any reason, install the NIC-T3 drivers off the supplied disc - or download direct from Realtek as per link above.
