this cpu cooler is unbeliveable
i used with i7950+ msi pro motherboard temp is 25c at idle
i dont know the msi reading is
right or not but i checked the
cpu is so much cooler
the best cpu cooler i used also
i used cool it domino water cooler nowhere near this zalman

operating system:Windows Vistagot this to replace the stock fan that came with the phenome II 965 quad core , very nicely packeged and its big, looks really nice came with cpu paste and mounting brackets for intel , personaly im using am3 whitch uses just a bracket bar so no removing the board etc. was a little bit fidderly but still only took few mins to install , only draw back on am3 is the fan cant face rear exhaust fan it points downn towards graphics card and i cant see it can be reversed . henc drawing warm air of the card , but if like me you have side case fan this is not a major issue its poss on intell boards it faces correct way, it has a speed control setting to.. personally i let cool & quiet utility control the fan and i cant hear it allthough turning up high manually you can hear it but still not over louad, i have my phenom II 965 clocked from 3.4ghz to 4ghz and still only 28c ideal massive improvment from stock cooler that was only managing 36-40c clocked at 3.8ghz ideal
so over all i give it 4 stars just for the fact it wont face correctly on am3 board , this i will have to have another look into to see if im missing somthing but deff a good cooler for the price , ordered 10.50pm came next morning thanks again ebuyer for another fantastic delivery service
