Good Points+: Works very well, cools my overclocked AMD down to amazing levels
corsairs sofware is very good

Bad Points−: Can be a pain to install in small cases, going to buy a bigger one!
occasionaly the drivers crash causing the fan reading to fail, but its only a minor bad point it still cools the CPU.

Good Points+: Keeps the processor really cool, even under strain.
Can control both fans with Link2 which I use to monitor all my temperatures.
Corsair logo lights up and you can either set a color or you can set it to change with the temperatures so you can tell what its doing by looking.
Although people have had issues with this product (I haven't) Corsair are more than happy to replace any faulty hardware and their customer service/forums are pretty good.

Bad Points−: Fans are noisy on performance or balanced settings but are very quiet on quiet mode.
The instructions are not great, if you have never done anything like this before I would suggest buying more thermal paste in case you make a mistake.
The pipes are not as flexible as they look and so it can be tricky fitting this into a smaller case.
