The Company
Ebuyer.com is one of the UK's leading online electrical retailers with four million registered customers and 250 employees. Founded in 1999, the company started off as the brainchild of a group of IT developers and PC retail experts, who wanted computer components to be more readily available and at lower prices. Ebuyer grew quickly from its humble beginnings to become the site for overclockers and PC enthusiasts.
Ebuyer.com has since moved into mainstream electricals, offering everything from TVs, laptops and tablet PCs to kettles and digital cameras, yet it remains a leading go-to site for computer components.
The company's distribution facility was purpose built in 2006 at its headquarters in Howden, East Yorkshire. The site houses a 280,000sq feet, state of the art warehouse, from where over 20,000 weekly orders are delivered to customers throughout the UK.

Ebuyer are also exclusive distributors of AlphaSync gaming PCs.
Our Business store is also growing. In addition to office supplies, business customers will find everything for the office from networking solutions to office security and plenty of storage options.

Service
At Ebuyer.com, our focus has always been on helping customers save time and money. This is why we've invested in building a website that allows you to securely manage your accounts without intervention. Customers can not only track their order, but also view previous orders, and keep a 'wish list' of products. An Express Checkout facility saves you time; and you can change your account details, all without having to speak to our customer support team.
Of course, if you would prefer us to handle your query, we have a unique email system for queries that is free for registered customers as well as standard means of contacting our support team. For those questions or suggestions where no one less will do, customers can contact our Managing Director directly.
