About Ebuyer.com

The Company

Ebuyer.com is one of the UK's leading online electrical retailers with four million registered customers and 250 employees. Founded in 1999, the company started off as the brainchild of a group of IT developers and PC retail experts, who wanted computer components to be more readily available and at lower prices. Ebuyer grew quickly from its humble beginnings to become the site for overclockers and PC enthusiasts.

Ebuyer.com has since moved into mainstream electricals, offering everything from TVs, laptops and tablet PCs to kettles and digital cameras, yet it remains a leading go-to site for computer components.

The company's distribution facility was purpose built in 2006 at its headquarters in Howden, East Yorkshire. The site houses a 280,000sq feet, state of the art warehouse, from where over 20,000 weekly orders are delivered to customers throughout the UK.

At Ebuyer, our business philosophy is simple: give customers and businesses what they want, when they want it. We never stop improving our world class operation by putting our customers - and their needs - first.

Ebuyer.com - The Company

We offer our customers over 40,000 quality products, and this list is growing every day. Ebuyer customers know they're getting the best prices and exclusive offers on a huge range of electricals. You'll find computer technology products like laptops, desktops, printers, software, storage and more.

Our audio and visual entertainment categories give you a huge choice ranging from Smart TVs, MP3 players, digital cameras, gaming and home electronics to Experience Day vouchers and gadgets.

We've recently added a wide range of products for the home and garden. Whether it's cookware, cleaning equipment, DIY or something for your baby, Ebuyer caters for everyone with its affordable products.

Our Business store is also growing. In addition to office supplies, business customers will find everything for the office from networking solutions to office security and plenty of storage options.

Our great relationships with all the major vendors mean our customers will always find special deals on great products from the biggest names in the industry. And to help our customers choose the right products, we make it easy to find availability, pricing, reviews and ratings.

Ebuyer.com - Products

At Ebuyer.com, our focus has always been on helping customers save time and money. This is why we've invested in building a website that allows you to securely manage your accounts without intervention. Customers can not only track their order, but also view previous orders, and keep a 'wish list' of products. An Express Checkout facility saves you time; and you can change your account details, all without having to speak to our customer support team.

Of course, if you would prefer us to handle your query, we have a unique email system for queries that is free for registered customers as well as standard means of contacting our support team. For those questions or suggestions where no one less will do, customers can contact our Managing Director directly. And for those who prefer to operate via social media, Ebuyer.com has its own dedicated Facebook page and Twitter account for queries and special offers.

Businesses will welcome a dedicated business site with all prices quoted ex-VAT, a specialist support team available for queries and deals on bulk orders.

We are always looking to improve our service to customers and this means listening to what our customers want. If you have any feedback for us, we look forward to hearing from you.
